Quotes generated by the calculator are good-faith estimates based on your inputs. For Starter and Growth plans the quoted maximum is a hard commitment once we lock scope in writing. For Premium plans the "starting at" price is a floor; the final number is locked after a free scoping call before any work starts.
Scope is agreed in writing before work begins. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately and require your sign-off before being added.
Standard terms are 50% to start, 50% on launch for Starter and Growth. Premium projects use a milestone schedule defined in the scoping call.
You own the code, design, and content you pay for once the final invoice is settled. I retain the right to feature the project in my portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
Software is provided "as is". I cap liability at the amount you paid for the project.
